“Eek!” Though Bowyetta couldn’t see much, she suddenly felt herself
being flung out of the toolbox. No, no, she couldn’t let this happen.
She tried to catch herself before anyone saw her, but…

CLUNK.

When
Bowyetta opened her eyes, she found herself… Partly stuck inside the
toolbox. Her head was still sticking out, but her shoulders had gotten
caught on the edge of the toolbox. She looked at Mr. Sir, looking
genuinely worried. “You are having told Bowyetta no one would be finding
of her!”

“Mama!” It seemed like Barrette had taken notice of
her mother, and ran over to give her a hug. However, she wasn’t the only
one who noticed, and Bonk was on her way…

The Repairman was still face-down on the floor.

“I never said that,” he called out, in a muffled voice. “In fact I told you I made no promises!”

Finally getting up, he gave all three Misfits an apologetic look.

“…I really shouldn’t have gotten involved in this…I just had to know what she was on about…”

He sighed.

“…I’ll…er…should I see myself out…?” he asked, hoping to get out of this as fast as possible. He went over to pick up Cat Slime.

Both inkblot and paint spatter felt the temperature drop. A thin layer of frost began to form over the Repairman as he immediately dug into his toolbox for his scarf. Luckily, Cat Slime seemed to not feel any chill. Repairman blinked. That could only mean one thing…

He heard chattering and turned around to see Marie shivering. She seemed a paler tint of blue, and her bow was weighed down by a few small icicles.

“W-w-what’s-s-s hap-p-pening?”

The Repairman immediately went over to hand her his scarf, but before he could answer, Wind burst in, enthusiastically shouting at him.

“Uh…” he started, thankful that the cold went from a presence to a person, “…yup, that’s her…”

Marie, meanwhile, was rapidly warming up just from the scarf, and was amazed at that fact.

“Oh, uh hi there!” she waved energetically, though not as energetically as the ghost. “I’m Marie! What’s your name?”

[[Okay, so I’ve tried to get a Haunted House collab off the ground twice before, but I imagine I did it during bad times (people were too busy, etc.), so I’m bringing us the chance to build a summer haunted house!

Here are the rules:

– Each submitter is making one room for a haunted house. Your room can be funny, cute, scary, or anything in between, so long as you have fun and be creative!

– OCs, muses, and the like are not only allowed, but encouraged!

– This is not Ask/RP blog exclusive! If you’re an artist and you want to participate, please feel free!

– 900×900, please, for the sake of simplicity. No borders, either; I’ll worry about that.

– SFW only. Just because this is a haunted house doesn’t mean it’s the Rocky Horror Tumblr Show (as fun as that would be, I would rather have us do something everyone could enjoy, not just adults).

– Know that the final house will be shown from the side, and plan accordingly.

– Please put your piece in my submit box by June 30, or let me know if you need an extension.
