@askthefwrp liked for a starter!

“So YOU’RE the guy I’m keeping in business!”

He looks to the readers, “Appreciate him, folks!  His job’s pretty rough!”

“Thanks for understand–hey!”

He sighed and shook his head. He had encountered this before.

Taking a deep breath, he tried to keep himself in check.

“All right, look, this isn’t the only place I gotta be today, so if you could at least wait a bit, that’d be nice…”

He produced his cart, with two toolboxes on the bottom shelf and a snoozing Marie on the top. After a brief check to make sure her headphones and sleeping mask were on, he pulled the red toolbox and began to sift through it.

A Fourth Wall Exploit

@askthefwrp

Juna sat on top of the huge wall of TVs surrounding her divine realm.

She saw this inkblot she’d seen from time and time again to fix a few cracks she’d seen appearing a lot show up.

“Oh, you again.” Juna said, looking at the inkblot, though it was hard to tell because her hair always covered her eyes. She then flashed a wide smile. “Can’t you leave a godlike in peace?”

“…Only if you leave the Wall alone,” the Repairman muttered, absently fixing cracks here and there.

“…Wait…” a female voice called, from behind a TV, “…You know this goddess? She knows you?!”

She came out, revealing a smaller blue blob with an oversized green bow.

The Repairman shrugged.

“Had to come here a couple times, why?”

She’s a godlike!” Marie shrieked. “You don’t just waltz into a place like this! What if you get smote?!”

Bowyetta squeezed the saw’s handle as hard as she could. The sound of
it buzzing to life nearly made her drop it, and the snipping blade was a
little scary… This could’ve been someone she knew!

Bowyetta didn’t have much time to explain. “C-Center! We must be attacking her arms!” She swung at another arm that was about to hit them.

The
more damage Bowyetta did to the shadow, the more it also seemed to lose
it’s shape, and the easier it got to swim through the liquid metal. “S-stop doing that! Before I… Crush you both!” The shadow began to form another arm, however, this one looked half melted, and nearly fell apart as she swung it.

“What do you mean her ar–OH!”

He nodded, swinging at another arm. This one did fall off…right onto his head.

“Oof!”

He expected that to smart a lot more than it did. As it was, the metal bounced off him with no more pain than if he hit his head on a table.

Well then.

He rubbed his head and took a look to see if he could figure out which arms of the shadow’s were left.

[[Something I realized I should clear up]]

[[This recent RP reminded me of something:

A long time ago, I started and later abandoned an arc that took place in Toontown Online/Rewritten.

I think I am going to retcon (and possibly redo) this arc. I’ll leave it up, but I’ll end up re-doing it eventually. I’m not too happy about it, looking back, and I could have done more with the ideas (especially now that I have a clearer idea of what the Repairman is like).

Looking back, there’s another thing I need to address. I was still rather inexperienced with RP and art etiquette, and forgot to ask @lennythereviewer for permission to use of one of his cog posters in a background (and even forgot to credit him until a later edit, yikes). I know it’s been a while, but I do apologize for that. I’ll delete that particular post if you like, Lenny.

In any case, please consider this VP encounter to be prior to these events, and relatively unrelated.

Thank you.]]
