I started Dinosaur Comics over ten years ago.  Twitter didn’t exist, Facebook didn’t exist, Tumblr didn’t exist: it was a different world!  I just put the comic up and called it a day.  It was small times!  But that means I have pretty much no experience in starting out in today’s modern media landscape.

That said, everything Jeph Jacques says here is solid advice and my go-to link for answers to this question!
