“…I guess…”
He rubbed a hand behind his head.
“So…you get a lot of good ribbons?” he said after an awkward pause, trying to change the subject.

“So…you get a lot of good ribbons?” he said after an awkward pause, trying to change the subject.
“How’d you get a place like this?”

“Well
my friend, a place isn’t what we got but instead made by our hands,”
Rosalina explained, ”It’s unbelievable, but it’s true. My Lumas and I
worked together to build this.”“Um, did you happen to bring my cart aboard too?”

Oh?
Rosalina hummed and tapped her lower lip with a finger. “Surely, it was
located the same spot where you were working. Would you want me to
bring it over now?”
“Wow… I believe it…”
It seemed awfully fitting that Rosalina and her Lumas crafted the ship themselves. The Repairman couldn’t place it, but it seemed right somehow.
“Um, if you could, that’d be nice,” he said. “I really can’t thank you enough for all this…”
The room “Bowyetta” sat in looked oddly familiar. The walls, floor, and ceiling were made entirely of patched-up metal, and there were strange piles of scrap metal all over the place. The room was completely dark, save for the glow of some sort of furnace in the back.
“Mr. Siiiir~” “Bowyetta” called from the center of the room. “Bowyetta is knowing that you be here~ Do not be worrying~ She is certain you will much loving her new look~”
“Bowyetta” then turned around to reveal what she had done to herself. Pieces from other Machine Mades had been patched all over her body. Her legs had been completely replaced, and she now had at least 4 or 5 arms. Her body was covered in patches of rust, and her hair was a tangled mess, not to mention filled with even more mechanical pieces.
“Please to be looking at Bowyetta, Mr. Sir~ Is she not be much beautiful now~?”
“…Bowyetta…?”
When he heard that she went missing, the Repairman was more than happy to keep an eye out for her.
Well, she wouldn’t be in this scrap room, but hey, maybe it would be a good shortcut…
Well, what do you know? It looked like there was a familiar silhouette. But…something was off…
“Oh, good to see you again Bowyet–”
And then he saw her handiwork. He couldn’t look away. Those were definitely not her feet, her arms, or her scraps. Something about the aura around here told him that these weren’t just discarded parts, either.
Automatically, his voice went to the classic quip, in spite of the sudden chills he had.
“Y-you’re right about that.”
He began to back away slowly.
“I…think maybe I should be going,” he stammered, silently wondering how he’d break the news to Bowyetta’s housemates.
[[So, that stream was nice! Thanks to all who came, and I’m glad I didn’t chicken out of this self-imposed challenge!
So, I did some groundwork as to what I would do, movement-wise, if I was animating this scene. Do you think I beat a bunch of professional 80′s animators?]]
Stream is set up; will start in half an hour or so!

A small inkblot shuffled into the coffee shop. It was obvious from his slow, clumsy movements that he was either extremely drunk or extremely tired. As he approached the counter, his blank white eyes seemed to have little red veins at the edges, and there were large purple bags under them. They seemed seconds away from closing at any given moment, though there was clear resistance from their owner.
“Hi…” the Repairman drowsily started, producing a large wad of unorganized bills. “I’d like the…uh…”
Gosh, the spots in front of his eyes and his increasingly blurry vision were not helping him read what they had here.
“…What’s the most caffeinated thing you ha–ZZZZZZ”
He slumped against the counter as he rapidly lost willpower. Something must have still been resisting, though, because he snapped back awake and looked at the coyote with a “You didn’t see that, right?” expression.
“…you have?” he finished.
Well, this was new. Some….thing was clawing at the Wall. The Repairman wasn’t even sure what he was looking at in the poor light, or what it was doing, but he knew he needed to stop it before it got worse.
“Hey, sto—” he began to call out, before realizing (probably too late) that he should actually see what this was before he brought attention to himself. Whatever this thing was, it probably wouldn’t take too kindly to him…
He swallowed, looking around for a place that would hide him and his blinking siren light. He might even be able to figure this thing out from his surroundings…
Example, if your muse kisses another muse, it is totally fine for you to get on anon and congratulate my muse, or to say that the other muse isn’t right for them. I will answer ic.
Bowyetta’s vision was beginning to swirl, and she started to feel
dizzy. “Ahh… M-maybe you being right, Mr. Sir. Perhaps Bowyetta should
be speaking not of Susumu.”The burning feeling disappeared, the
chill lessened, and Bowyetta sank back into the bed, leaving a small
trail of smoke as she went. In an attempt to calm her down, Vinny began
humming and began to brush his “tail” against her head, but quickly
pulled away when he felt how cold she was. “Bowyetta… Just eat
something, would you? You know what happens when you don’t…”Bowyetta buried her face in the blanket again. “Bowyetta’s stomach is not feeling much good…”
Vinny
gave her an exasperated look, then turned back the the Repairman.
“You’ll have to excuse her, she is impossible sometimes… I’m sorry, I
know you don’t know much about Bowyers, but do you have anything that
might make her feel better?”
The Repairman nodded, glad that there might be less breaks around here.
That gladness quickly disappeared, however, as Bowyetta seemed to worsen.
“No, no, it’s fine, just…”
He looked to his left and produced a thumb-sized pill out of seemingly nowhere. The capsule was green and had, in tiny sans-serif print, a label that said “AJAX Stomach Soother”
“I mean, this works for us Toons,” he shrugged. “Don’t see why it wouldn’t work for her.”
He held the pill out to Bowyetta.
“Hey, um, could you take this?”
