1. Full Moon wo Sagashite (First anime I watched all the way through, and a real tug at your heartstrings)

2. Azumanga Daioh (Hilarious and cute)

3. Nichijou (Some of the finest surreal comedy I’ve seen in anime)

4. Parappa the Rapper (yes, it was an anime, and it’s endearingly weird and weirdly endearing)

5. Little Witch Academia (Wonderful colors and a pleasant style)
