Bowyetta seemed uncertain at first, but after a moment, she wiped the
metal substance off her hands and took the phone. “H-Hello?”

She
paused for a minute, as there seemed to be lots of shouting over the
phone, and even what sounded like distressed slime squeaking. “No, no!
Please to be calming down! Bowyetta… Is, um… She is being okay. But… She
is not knowing where she is. But, Mr. Sir is being here with her! …You…
You are having been worried about Bowyetta?” She took a much longer
pause this time, her eyes starting to fill with tears as she listened to
what her friends said. “…T-thank you. Bowyetta… Promises she will be
coming home as soon as possible.”

She handed the phone back to
Mr. Sir. “Um, Mr. Sir? Something is telling Bowyetta that she cannot be
leaving yet. We must… Be dealing with her, first.” She pointed at the
Shadow, who was looking somewhat upset.

The Repairman patted Bowyetta’s back the best he could as she talked to her roommates. He was glad he did this; she clearly needed it.

Packing the phone away again, he looked back up at Bowyetta?

“Yeah…Oh…”

He looked at the imposter that had, just moments ago, tried to murder and cannibalize his friend. Deal with her? He grinned maniacally. He could always use some scrap metal…

He looked back up at Bowyetta, and pulled out a power drill.

“…Do you want to do the honors, or should I…?”

It was clear he was hoping she would let him “exact justice” on the shadow.
Just for emphasis, he squeezed the trigger a couple of times, letting the drill buzz to life and wind back down.
