The bow child smiled at Mr. Sir, and twanged her string at him once
again. The white-haired girl, however, seemed oddly curious about him,
and watched him the entire time he followed Bonk.Bonk, however,
tilted her glasses down, narrowing his eyes at him. “Ink Dude, you’re
not lying to me, are you? Listen, uh… That lil tiny Bowyetta over there?
That’s Barrette. She’s Bowyetta’s kid. Yeah, don’t ask me how that
happened. But since Bowyetta went missing, she’s been crying more than
usual. And Beep hasn’t been dealing with it well either. If you know
where she is, you gotta tell us now.”
He looked back at Barrette, then back to Bonkakira. He seemed to be avoiding eye contact. He never could lie very well..
“All right,” he Repairman sighed. “Just give me a minute. Gotta fix the Wall, still…”
As he went over to his tool cart, he somehow tripped, despite lacking legs. He yelped in surprise, thrusting his arms out to catch himself. No such luck. He tipped over his cart, sending both his toolboxes to the floor. Their contents were scattered all across the floor, along with a very dazed Cat Slime.
The Repairman, meanwhile, stayed splattered on the floor. It was an embarrassing situation, especially since the inkblot wasn’t even certain it was an accident…
