If you came up to me after reading a guide like that, I’m gonna assume you got yourself in a real shitty situation. So here’s my best answer for this kind of situation. For anyone that hasn’t seen the guide, I’ll leave a link to it right here.
The good news is as bad as it gets, it’s a 100% fixable problem. But it’s something that falls entirely on you, so if you want things to get better you have to accept full responsibility for your actions and make an effort to change. Nobody can make do the work for you, and as hard as it is to make it’s something that’ll make you a better person in the end.
