Sinko giggled a bit as she retracted her arm to skip over to Shinko. “He WAS da squishie~!”
“…that’s nice, Sinko. Why don’t you go clean up your toys, then we can go back to making raisin cookies,” said Shinko.
“Raisin bran cookies~!” With that, the little Toon skipped off to clean up whatever toys she had left out in the living room.
Shinko sighed a bit before smiling nervously at the blot. “Sorry about that, Mr. Repairman. She’s a lot more childish than me, and I don’t think I’m much older than her.”
”No worries. Sorry for my intrusion, I probably should be heading back.”
The Repairman picked up the bottle that he emerged from for inspection, donning a helmet with brass goggles on it in hopes of acquiring more information.
“…But, before I go, could I ask a few questions?”
Shinko blinked as she watched him look over the bottle he came out of.
“Oh! Um…sure thing. Also… can I get you anything? I mean, me and Sinko were about to make some cookies, and I dunno if you’d like to stay for a few….” she suggested, clasping her hands together in front as she rocked back and forth on her heels.
“I’d appreciate that," he replied, looking up and lifting his goggles. "I should probably sit down somewhere until I’m sure I’m fine, anyway.”
The Repairman then quivered a little bit, and seemed to tighten.
“In case you have carpeting,” he clarified. “The last thing anyone has to explain is ink stains all over.”
